been working my ass off for this ting......(2 weeks + continuous ot)

tested it out the other day......(peninsula , davis)

sounded great....(my first time using a multi effect)

got drum machine and stuff...(16 preset beats)

many2 sounds... .(preset + controlls + got wah paddle can do volume ctrl)

cool2 sounds..(phaze, flanger, echo, reverb, distortion,wah!!!)

-able to make me say "OK! no more buying of guitar gadgets!!" :)
-able to produce a good Wah sound and also Auto-Wah
-user friendly (not confusing to program sounds)
-able to get patches on the net.....(just incase if i get bored of mixing the 52preset sounds....)
-able to produce basic sounds such as (Phazer, chorus, distortion, Wah, Fuzz... )
-can be plugged into my pc (optional)

Ok guys, so today is, "How to steal a bag"

Firstly, look for a suitable target......
A perfect example is some guy who is sleeping at the voiddeck...
Then get prepared......so, no.1, have an angry look...
2nd, dressup as a pirate for your disguise...
Third, practice on your "warcry" in case if u have to scare the victim...

fourth, find a suitable accomplice..

Then only can we "steal a bag!"
Anggerek: "HEY! Are we going to do this or what?"

Khairi: "okok! "
After observing the victim, i sneaked up to him..... and tried to get the bag from the victim..
Then, the victim struggled and i pushed him down...
He then gets up and tries to do a counter wit a fart! *farts*
As he was farting, i tried to make my eascape!
The victim then throws his bag!
The bag hits directly to my face! The impact throws me to the ground.....

He ran after me and gave me a body slam! *khairi cries in pain*
A crowd quickly gathers to watch the violence unfolding.....
The victim then held a tight grip on my leg.... and tries to give me an ankle lock.....

What if I start smoking again?

Stopping smoking is a process, and many people try several times before they succeed. This is because the experience you gain each time you try makes you better equipped to deal with the process of stopping. Research shows that the sooner you stop again, the more likely you are to stop for good.

If you've just had a cigarette:

Make the decision to stop again immediately
Throw away any remaining cigarettes
Go outside, or into a different room – get out of the situation that made you want to smoke
Call a friend or the NHS Smoking Helpline 0800 169 0 169
Remember why you wanted to stop smoking in the first place, and refer to the list of reasons you may have made. Physical or health reasons? Financial reasons? Social reasons? Pregnancy?
Try to handle the 'situation' without another cigarette. Think about what triggered the lapse and ask yourself – did the cigarette help? Did it make the problem go away? How else could you deal with the situation?
Keep telling yourself, 'I can choose not to smoke'

There are many situations that can make staying a non-smoker all that much harder. Learn how to fight the enemies of success!

Boredom:
Boredom is a state of mind. Smoking won't change that, but doing something might! Check out our Top tips for ideas or if you've found something that's worked for you, share it with others in Secrets of success.

Complacency:
Many smokers report a danger time at about five or six weeks. Withdrawal symptoms are behind you, you're feeling physically better, mentally more alert and you may have forgotten just how bad you felt when you were still smoking. Beware! Complacency is dangerous. Remind yourself that there is no such thing as one cigarette. There never was before and there won't be this time either. Keep positive and stay focused.

Other smokers
Remind yourself that smokers are drug addicts who wish they didn't have to smoke (just like you used to). They are not enjoying smoking, they're simply feeding an addiction. Ask your friends not to offer you a cigarette and remember how much good you are doing yourself by not joining them.

Pub
If at all possible, it may be better to try and avoid alcohol for the first two or three weeks. Try and break the connection between drinking and smoking. When you have a drink again, make it at home away from smokers and wait until you feel secure enough as a non-smoker before going back to the pub. Try changing your usual drink - it sounds funny, but it really can help!

Routines:
Certain routines are likely to be inextricably linked with smoking. Many people see smoking as their treat or reward and this association can be hard to break.

Break obvious routines. If you always smoked with a cup of coffee in the morning, try herbal tea or even hot water with lemon instead (water and cigarette smoke don't taste good together). Or use this time to do something completely different - take the dog for a walk, meditate or go for a swim.

Remind yourself that the pleasure you associated with smoking was an illusion. It only seemed good because you were relieving your withdrawal symptoms. This is the basis of all drug addiction.

Stress:
Many people believe that smoking relieves stress. The reality is that smokers' lives tend to be more stressed than non-smokers. Think of a smoker and a non-smoker caught in a long meeting. Who is more likely to be distracted, fidgety and longing to get out of the meeting room? Whose stress level is likely to be higher? When you stop smoking, you are removing an enormous cause of stress from your life. If you do feel stressed, how about trying some relaxation exercises, burning aromatherapy oils, having a hot bath or burning off some frustration at the gym?

Tiredness:
Excessive tiredness is normal in the early days of stopping smoking. Exercise is nature's antidote to lethargy and tiredness, and now that you are physically fitter, you'll be surprised at how much easier and more enjoyable exercise is. Understanding the myth

Smoking is not just a bad habit, but a complex addiction. Experts believe that nicotine exerts its powerful addictive effects by altering two chemicals in the brain - dopamine and noradrenaline - known as neurotransmitters. Within seven seconds of inhaling, a concentrated dose of nicotine is delivered directly to the brain, producing a nicotine "rush". Many smokers interpret this rush as one of pleasure, but in reality the pleasure is misunderstood. It only appears pleasurable because it satisfies the craving created by the last cigarette. Over time the smoker has become victim to the classic cycle of addiction.

The addictive cycle

If this is hard to believe, think back to the first few cigarettes you smoked. Most smokers will admit that these were anything but pleasurable. In fact, you probably had to persist until the addictive cycle had taken hold before smoking gave you any kind of "pleasure". What smokers perceive as pleasure is, in reality, simply the relief of satisfying a craving for nicotine. After smoking a cigarette, withdrawal can set in as quickly as 15 minutes later.

Breaking the addiction

Don't be too alarmed though! Despite its addictive nature, nicotine doesn't hang around in your body long (about 48 hours) once you've stopped smoking. For those who choose to go cold turkey, withdrawal symptoms are likely to be at their most intense in the first two or three days and will gradually fade away over the following two or three weeks. 20 minutes:

8 hours:

Swiss panty Maker Introduces No Smoking Bra

Triumph International, a Swiss-based underwear maker, has developed a bra which it claims helps women quit smoking with embedded perfume capsules that react with cigarette smoke making it unpleasant smelling. The capsules contain lavender which has a sedative property as well as jasmine which alters the taste of cigarettes. The bra is also treated with liquid titanium to break down cigarette smoke.

The bra was presented at a trade show in Tokyo but Triumph has not yet decided if it will actually produce the bra. One wonders when Triumph will develop a bra to either attract men or repel them depending on the woman's mood.

Smoking KILLS

Every year hundreds of thousands of people around the world die from diseases caused by smoking.

One in two lifetime smokers will die from their habit. Half of these deaths will occur in middle age.

Tobacco smoke also contributes to a number of cancers.

The mixture of nicotine and carbon monoxide in each cigarette you smoke temporarily increases your heart rate and blood pressure, straining your heart and blood vessels.

This can cause heart attacks and stroke. It slows your blood flow, cutting off oxygen to your feet and hands. Some smokers end up having their limbs amputated.

Tar coats your lungs like soot in a chimney and causes cancer. A 20-a-day smoker breathes in up to a full cup (210 g) of tar in a year.

Changing to low-tar cigarettes does not help because smokers usually take deeper puffs and hold the smoke in for longer, dragging the tar deeper into their lungs.

Carbon monoxide robs your muscles, brain and body tissue of oxygen, making your whole body and especially your heart work harder. Over time, your airways swell up and let less air into your lungs.

Smoking causes disease and is a slow way to die. The strain put on your body by smoking often causes years of suffering. Emphysema is an illness that slowly rots your lungs. People with emphysema often get bronchitis again and again, and suffer lung and heart failure.

Lung cancer from smoking is caused by the tar in tobacco smoke. Men who smoke are ten times more likely to die from lung cancer than non-smokers.

Heart disease and strokes are also more common among smokers than non-smokers.

Effects of Second Hand Cigarette Smoke

Passive smoking (also known as environmental tobacco smoke (ETS), involuntary smoking or second hand smoke) occurs when the exhaled and ambient smoke from one person's cigarette is inhaled by other people. Non-smokers exposed to second hand smoke are at greater risk for many of the health problems associated with direct smoking.

In 1992, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a review of the evidence available from epidemiological and other studies regarding the relationship between second hand smoke and heart disease and estimated that passive smoking was responsible for 35,000 to 40,000 deaths per year in the United States in the early 1980s1.

Non-smokers living with smokers have about a 25 per cent increase in risk of death from heart attack and are also more likely to suffer a stroke, and some research suggests that risks to non-smokers may be even greater than this estimate. One recent study in the British Medical Journal found that exposure to second hand smoke increases the risk of heart disease among non-smokers by as much as 60 percent!2.

Passive smoking is especially risky for children and babies and can cause low birth weight babies, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), bronchitis, pneumonia, and middle ear infections.

Some controversy has attended efforts to estimate the specific risk of lung cancer related to passive smoking. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in 1993 issued a report estimating that 3,000 lung cancer related deaths in the US were caused by passive smoking every year. Tobacco industry lobbyists, such as the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution, and industry-funded researchers, such as S. Fred Singer, aggressively attacked the EPA study as "junk science".

In 2002, a group of 29 experts from 12 countries convened by the Monographs Programme of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organization reviewed all significant published evidence related to tobacco smoking and cancer. It concluded its evaluation of the carcinogenic risks associated with involuntary smoking, with second-hand smoke also being classified as carcinogenic to humans3.

An earlier WHO epidemiology study also found "weak evidence of a dose-response relationship between risk of lung cancer and exposure to spousal and workplace ETS". The fact that the evidence was described as "weak" has been interpreted by the tobacco industry and its supporters as evidence that the ETS-lung cancer link has been "disproven".

More precisely, the "weakness" of the evidence stems from the fact that the risk of ETS for individuals is small relative to the very high risk of actually smoking, making it more difficult to quantify through epidemiology. In addition to epidemiology, moreover, several other types of scientific evidence (including animal experiments, chemical constituent analysis of ETS, and human metabolic studies) support the WHO and EPA conclusions.

Most experts believe that moderate, occasional exposure to second hand smoke presents a low cancer risk to non-smokers, but the risk is more likely to be significant if non-smokers work in an environment where cigarette smoke is prevalent. For this reason, many countries (such as Ireland) and jurisdictions (like New York State) now prohibit smoking in public buildings. Many office buildings contain specially ventilated smoking areas; some are required by law to provide them.

Few smokers quit without getting cravings. If you want to succeed you must learn to get through them. The following tips should help:

Confront cravings head on and learn to 'overcome the urge to smoke at will through sheer determination'.

The choice to quit smoking and the responsibility for not smoking is yours alone.

Cravings only last 3- 5 minutes and they WILL subside. Once the urge to smoke has gone your resolve will strengthen.

Focus on the reasons you decided to quit. Take a look at your quitting plan.

Take 3 or 4 deep breaths. Breathe in slowly through the nose and fill your lungs, then breathe out again slowly through the mouth.

Drink water. Sip it slowly and try to savour the taste. This will also help to satisfy any increased appetite.

Keep busy. Take your mind off smoking by going for a walk, doing an odd job around the home or in the garden or call a friend or relative on the phone

Just a tip for you who want to quit smoking! I read somewhere that if you smoke, your body is already poisoned. Therefore it is difficult for you to quit smoking; you then become addicted to it. Thus, you have to first clean the poison. How? Detoxification! Just eat vegetables, fruit, drink vegetables or fruit juice and drink a lot of water for a week. I actually did this for three days, not (only) to clean the poison, but, recently, my illness re-appeared. This diet helps a lot! (taken from the third link)
